Our Business
We Design, Manufacture and Erect static equipments, each built to fulfil code and client individual requirements for both onshore and off shore use. The company under a strong management and an excellent team, provides services to a wide range of industry sector such as Oil & Gas, Petro Chemicals, Cement, Power, Nuclear, Steel Making and more.
Our Journey
The company was established in 1975 and initially provided fabrication and engineering services to the local industrial sector, particularly the Process Industry and Power Sector. It was started with an objective to provide good quality fabrication in and around the local Industrial area. With a modest beginning in a 2000 sq. ft. rented workshop and 5 people, the company through sheer hard work, planning and a never-say-die attitude has grown to a well-established fabrication facility with advance equipment and machineries.
The company developed the first Dish Forming and Spinning Machine in 1977. Initially also providing dish forming services to the pressure vessel industry, now the company has six Hydraulic Dish Forming presses in house.
KGC was actively involved in the infrastructure development in the country by supplying equipment, fabricated components and services to major infrastructure development projects in India for Power Plants, Pipelines and Bridges etc.
In the year 2000, a new line of business was started, in the radiation shielding of equipment for the Nuclear Power Sector. In 2002, the second generation of the family joined the Business, bringing in discipline, systems and procedures. Since then, the company is on a continual development path and has broadened its horizons by focusing on taking its products and services to the global market.
