Project Support
The erection, installation and commissioning of our equipment does not normally require the presence of a KGC Engineer. However upon request a KGC Engineer can be on site to assist in the installation and commissioning. KGC can provide a back up service for field maintenance of equipment supplied by the company.
Establishing a close collaboration with customers secures successful project operation in the shortest possible time. We undertake responsibility for plant and equipment erection, if desired, or we can supply site erection supervision for your contractor. Our own engineers will be present during the commissioning phase to assure a successful start-up.
Maintenance & Upgrades
KGC can quickly assemble a team of experienced and qualified people for your repairs or alterations. Over the years we have been called upon to repair, alter, or upgrade pressure vessels, heat exchanger and other static equipment that has suffered the effects of corrosion, abrasion, thermal stress, and/or impact.
KGC is a holder of ASME “R” stamp for repairs and alterations. We have many qualified weld procedures in GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and SMAW processes with a wide range of materials. We can quickly mobilise a team of technician and workman in India or abroad.
Shells, heads, nozzles, flange facings.
Repair of leaking weld joints, corrosion resistant overlay.
Heat exchanger re-tubing and nozzle repairs.

Specialty Services
With many years of combined experience in the welding and fabrication industry, we were periodically approached by our clients for specialty welding services. As such, KGC now provides welding services for special metallurgies. Our Welding Engineers are qualified with CWI & AWS certifications. We have qualified welders having vast experience in welding of a wide range of engineering metals.
Welding is carried out generally with adherence to ASME Sec IX. We deploy our qualified welding engineer along with welders to client workshop/sites to execute welding contracts. If we do not have a weld procedure needed for the job, we will qualify one.
