Thermal Solutions
KGC is proud to offer Heat transfer equipment that is best in class, meeting customer requirements and industrial standards. We have expertise in design and manufacturing of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers built in accordance with TEMA and ASME. Our reputation as a highly reliable supplier is built on a long tradition of knowledge and technical skills, using materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, DSS, Cupro-Nickel, and other Exotic materials.
KGC designs and manufactures shell and tube type Heat Exchangers in three types of construction: Fixed Tubesheet, U-tube and Floating Tube sheet. We fabricate to TEMA configurations, using the latest Compress and HTRI software programs. We also manufacture inter coolers, after coolers, and gas coolers for OEM compressor companies. KGC is accredited with ASME ‘R’ stamp for repair and alterations.
PVHO Safety
Decompression chambers are particularly designed for divers and underwater professionals. It is a compartment that manages / readjusts the atmospheric pressure by gradually raising or lowering, helping divers return to normal atmospheric pressure safely. KGC strictly keeps safety as top priority while designing decompression chambers.
KGC manufactures decompression chambers for companies providing diving systems for the offshore oil & gas industry. Designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME Sec VIII Division I code with “U” Stamp, and in adherence with the mandatory guidelines given in ASME PVHO (Pressure Vessel for Human Occupancy). With stringent quality control, KGC has the ability to manufacture world-class decompression chambers offering a commercial competitive advantage.

We have exported such structural assemblies globally and fabricated structural steel for landmark projects such as Cricket Stadiums and Bridges in Pune.
